Dodds brings over 20 years of in-depth Small Business Administration (SBA) experience in public procurement policy, regulation and industry. Along with Live Oak industry expert Jackie Robinson-Burnett, Dodds joins the team to provide advisory services to those looking to buy or sell a government contracting business, as well as navigate the federal procurement process.

Prior to joining Live Oak, Dodds held several key positions at the SBA, including: Director of the Office of Policy, Planning and Liaison; Director of the Public Procurement Office; Senior Counsel for the Office of the General Counsel; and Deputy Legal Adviser to the Inspector General. He holds a JD from the College of William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law and a BS in Political Science from James Madison University.
